However, there are some locations that we cannot ship to, or that shipping to is difficult and may take longer than usual wait times. If you happen to be from one of those countries, we will contact you.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
SearchFindOrder is not liable if the incorrect address is entered during the checkout process.
To make sure that your product(s) are delivered, please ensure your billing and shipping address is correct before finalizing your order. If SearchFindOrder made an error, we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.
If the address was incorrectly entered and the shipped package is lost, then the customer is responsible for searching for the package themselves with the courier company.
If the package is deemed lost by the courier, SearchFindOrder is not responsible for the replacement. The customer must then order again and ensure the address is correctly entered.
If the courier company attempts to deliver the package and is unsuccessful, either because you (customer) are not home, or because you do not have a proper mailbox for the package to be dropped-off, it will now be up to you to contact the courier before they ship the package back to SearchFindOrder (usually after 1 week of failed attempts).
The courier will attempt to contact you by phone, email, or leave a message on your door. If the delivery attempts fail and the package is returned back to back to SearchFindOrder, you will be responsible for the shipping charges if you want this to be re-delivered to you. 

CUSTOMS

It should be noted that SearchFindOrder is not responsible for any customs fees and/or taxes once the order has been shipped. You are responsible for paying all customs fees and taxes when you receive products from our site. If you purchase items from our site, you consent that one or more packages will be shipped to you and that you may be charged a customs fee and/or tax when those items arrive in your country.

It is important to note that each country and jurisdiction will have its own customs and tax fees based on the amount set forth. There may be changes in these laws from time to time, so it is important for you to stay on top of any changes.

TRACKING INFORMATION
SEARCHFINDORDER will send an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. However, sometimes due to free shipping, tracking is not available. Please check your junk mail as sometimes these emails can get lost, mis-categorized, or misplaced by various email systems.

OUR TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 3-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the tracking system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

HOW IT WORKS:

Step1: Hold the grafting stock in the grafting tool and squeeze them to make the cut repeat this step to cut the stem from the donor plant. Ensure that the groove is cut in the stock plant.

Step2: Slide the donor stem into the groove of the stock plant, matching the surfaces as possible. If the stock and donor plant are not the same size, only matching on the side.

Step3: Place sterilizing material around the joint and bind with tape, the sterilizing material will protect against bacteria and weather conditions.

Step4: Use the pruner to cut useless branches from the plant
