LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
SearchFindOrder is not liable if the incorrect address is entered during the checkout process.
To make sure that your product(s) are delivered, please ensure your billing and shipping address is correct before finalizing your order. If SearchFindOrder made an error, we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.
If the address was incorrectly entered and the shipped package is lost, then the customer is responsible for searching for the package themselves with the courier company.
If the package is deemed lost by the courier, SearchFindOrder is not responsible for the replacement. The customer must then order again and ensure the address is correctly entered.
If the courier company attempts to deliver the package and is unsuccessful, either because you (customer) are not home, or because you do not have a proper mailbox for the package to be dropped-off, it will now be up to you to contact the courier before they ship the package back to SearchFindOrder (usually after 1 week of failed attempts).
The courier will attempt to contact you by phone, email, or leave a message on your door. If the delivery attempts fail and the package is returned back to back to SearchFindOrder, you will be responsible for the shipping charges if you want this to be re-delivered to you. 

CUSTOMS

It should be noted that SearchFindOrder is not responsible for any customs fees and/or taxes once the order has been shipped. You are responsible for paying all customs fees and taxes when you receive products from our site. TRACKING INFORMATION
SEARCHFINDORDER will send an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. However, sometimes due to free shipping, tracking is not available. Please check your junk mail as sometimes these emails can get lost, mis-categorized, or misplaced by various email systems.

OUR TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 3-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the tracking system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

The Flexible Orthopaedic Bunion Hallux Valgus Corrector helps to keep the foot in the correct position. For Post-operative care after Hallux Valgus Bunion Surgery ( Big Toe ).

It is designed to give a natural and uniform distribution of weight and pressure loads, eliminating undue, unremitting friction and protecting against abrasion and shock. 

Flexible Orthopaedic Bunion Hallux Valgus Correctors are adjustable to customize fit for comfort and can be used pre or post-surgery.
