Lost Packages
Lost or Missing Packages Policy
At SearchFindOrder, we are committed to ensuring your order reaches you. However, certain circumstances regarding lost or missing packages are outlined below:
Customer Responsibility

Correct Address: Please verify your billing and shipping address before completing your order. SearchFindOrder is not liable for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer during checkout.
- If the address was incorrect and the package is lost, the customer is responsible for contacting the courier to locate the package.

Undeliverable Packages: If the courier cannot deliver your package because:
- You were not available to receive it, or
- Your mailbox or delivery location was unsuitable, You must contact the courier before the package is returned to SearchFindOrder. Couriers generally make multiple delivery attempts and may leave notifications via phone, email, or a note on your door.

Returned Packages: If the package is returned to SearchFindOrder due to failed delivery attempts, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs to have the package re-delivered.
SearchFindOrder Responsibility

Error on Our End: If SearchFindOrder makes an error with your address or order details, we will take full responsibility and resend your original order free of charge.

Lost Packages Declared by Courier: If a courier officially declares your package as lost, SearchFindOrder is not responsible for replacing the package. In such cases, the customer will need to place a new order and ensure the correct address is provided.

Order Placement
Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store.
Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart/bag and clicking "checkout".
Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will start to ship your package within 2-5 business days.

Can I cancel my order?
Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Window:Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of being placed.

Administration Fee:If you request a cancellation after the 6-hour window, an administration fee may apply.

After Shipment:
- Once your package has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
- If you attempt to cancel your order mid-shipment, a refund will not be issued.
We recommend reviewing your order carefully before placing it to avoid any inconvenience. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our support team for assistance!
Incorrect address! What Do I Do?
If you have misspelled or autofilled and incorrect address, kindly notify us via email helpdesk@searchfindorder.com within 6 hours.
If your package has been shipped before a change of address, we will not be able change the address upon shipment and no refund will be given.
I have ordered multiple item's, will they all arrive at the same time?
If you have ordered multiple items or bulk of the same items, some packages maybe separated during the shipping process.

Return & Refund Policy
Return
Your 100% satisfaction is important for us.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, returns will not be accepted at this time.
This includes the following:
- Sale Item(s) - Including Item(s) of Final Sale.
- Discounted Products - Purchased Individually or in Bulk.
- Items you have already Built, Constructed and or Assembled.
- Open Boxed Items
Refund
- If a product gets damaged or is faulty upon delivery - we offer 100% store credit/or a full refund. We require proof of damage or if the product was faulty upon delivery of the item(s).Ex: Pictures and Video.
- Discontinued items are final sales and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged with store credits.
- Please note the customer shall bear the shipping costs of the product to the manufacturer unless the product is damaged or does not meet the description.
- We do not accept refunds if the customer does not like the product or changes their mind.
- If your package was deemed delivered with proof of delivery by the courier, attempts were made to deliver it, and it is returned to the shipper, you do not qualify for a refund. Packages are destroyed if returned due to Covid-19 protocols.
- If you fail to pick up your package at your local courier's office and/or designated pick-up station, and/or if your delivery has a failed attempt and it is returned and/or you do not pick it up, you do not qualify for a refund.
- If this happens to you, and you will still like the product you ordered, you will need to re-order your item of choice and bear the costs of the item. Shipping is still free.
Damaged or Defective
If in such an event your item has been damaged or defective, we are more than willing to help you.We can do the following:
- Replace the item - shipping costs are included.
- Replace the part - including missing parts upon purchase.
- Provide a 100% store credit to the item purchased.
- Refund to the original method of payment.
Exchanges
We do not exchange any products for whatever reason:
If you change your mind, would like another product similar or different in colour or size to the one you purchase or would like another model of the current purchased product or a different product.
No products will be exchanged.
